The Isle of Palencia is a unique enclave of 47 homesites located along the Intracoastal Waterway featuring spectacular views of the marsh, intercoastal, preserves and lakes. This neighborhood is a secluded isle within the gated Palencia Community in beautiful Saint Augustine, Florida. Palencia is well known for its scenic natural setting and abundant amenities. The amenities of Palencia are far beyond the ordinary, from championship golf, tennis, swimming and fitness, to sports fields, club facilities, a vibrant village center and 8 miles of inviting nature trails and board walks.
